blooming onion bread

tonight i made the "blooming onion bread" for dinner to accompany my spinach cheese ravioli with vodka red sauce. i saw this recipe and wanted to try it, i did however changed some ingredients slightly. i used pepper jack cheese and added garlic. it was simple but absolutely delicious! i'll definitely be making it again.
